Strength University is a youth athletic development program designed to build strength, power, and confidence in athletes ages 12–18. Our curriculum focuses on proper lifting technique, injury prevention, speed and agility, and sport-specific conditioning. Whether your child is preparing for a sports season or looking to improve overall performance, Strength University provides the tools, coaching, and structure to help them succeed.

Mitt Holding & Striking Fundamentals

Learn the art behind the punch.

This class focuses on the technical foundation of striking and pad work. Athletes will learn how to properly throw punches, kicks, elbows, and knees—while also developing the skills to safely and effectively hold mitts for a partner. Emphasis is placed on timing, accuracy, footwork, and communication to build sharp strikers and confident training partners. Perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their technique.
